Cancellation Policy
1. All clients has a right to cancel an appointment but not later then 48h before an appointment is due. If the appointment is cancelled 48h before appointment is due, the amount of £10 will be deducted from the price of the treatment due to transaction fee and company costs. 2. If the appointmet will be canceled less then 48h before treatment is due is fully non-refundable. 3. Please be aware that, appointment can be reschedule ONLY ONCE ! and not later then 24h before the appointment is due. 4. Special Offers are fully not refundale. 5. If deposit is required is non-refundable at any time. 8. DEPOSIT or FULL PAYMENT will be fully refunded if appointment will be cancelled by Real Harmony.
